What is creatine malate?
Tricreatine malate is a compound that combines (via an ester bond) three creatine molecules with a malate molecule. Blackweiler Shred Recommended Use:
Take 1-3 portions daily about 30 minutes before training. Add 1 portion (6 g = ½ scoop) to 100 ml of water. Add 2 portions (12 g = 1 scoop) and 3 portions (18 g = 1 and ½ scoop) to 200 ml and 300 ml of water, respectively. Consume directly after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
Warnings:
Shred contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (caffeine content: 100 mg/ 1 portion (6 g), 200 mg/ 2 portions (12 g), 300 mg/ 3 portions (18 g)). The product is not to be used by women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or planning to get pregnant, in case of circulatory system diseases (e.g. hypertension), diabetes or in case of hypersensitivity to any formula ingredient. Do not consume at the same time or on the same day as other products containing caffeine (e.g. other food supplements, coffee, tea, chocolate) or products containing synephrine (food supplements).
