TERMS and CONDITIONS

Hi Fit ehf. reserves the right to cancel orders, for example due to incorrect price information, or to stop offering products without notice. Hi Fit ehf. is not responsible for persons under 18 years of age purchasing supplements from www.hifit.is or in the store without the consent of their parents or guardians.
Dietary supplements are not intended to cure or prevent disease. Dietary supplements should not be a substitute for a varied and healthy diet - but as a supplement.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

All orders are processed within two working days after placing the order. If the product is not in stock, a representative of the online store www.hifit.is will contact you by phone and inform you about the estimated time of delivery of the product. All orders distributed by Íslandspóstur are subject to the Íslandspóstur delivery, warranty and shipping terms (delivery approx. 2-4 working days). Consequently, Hi Fit ehf. is not responsible for lost parcels or damage that may occur to the goods during transport. If the product is lost or damaged since it was shipped by Hi Fit ehf. to the person concerned, the buyer is responsible for the damage. If the product is damaged after shipment, please contact lsandspóstur.

PRICE OF GOODS AND SHIPPING COSTS

All prices in the online store include 11% or 24% VAT depending on the product. We send all products by lsandspóstur directly to the address indicated by the buyer in the order placed. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order placed and are visible before the payment is made.

COLLECTION IN STORE

If the order is not picked up within 1 month, the purchased product (s) will be re-sold to ensure freshness. If the customer arrives after 1 month to collect the order, there is no guarantee that the product / flavor is still available.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND RETURN

When purchasing a product, you have a 14-day right to a refund against the sales invoice when the product was purchased. The returned product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. If the product is sealed, the seal cannot be broken. The product is returned by replacing the product with another product from the store's offer. The buyer can then choose whether to buy a new product. The buyer covers all possible costs of returning and shipping the new product.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If the product is defective, we offer the customer a new product instead, and we cover all shipping costs. For other matters, reference is made to the Act on Distance Sale and Sale Agreements No. 46/2000 and the Act on Consumer Purchases. Before sending, each product is checked for possible damage to the product packaging and expiry date (minimum two months before the expiry date, except for products on sale). If the date of the purchased product turns out to be less than two months, the seller will inform about it by phone or e-mail before shipping for the consent of the buyer for a short expiry date.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY CONDITIONS

The seller will exchange the buyer in strict confidence with regard to all information that he provides in connection with the transaction. Hi Fit ehf. will be completely confidential to its customers and we guarantee that we will never pass on any customer information in any way, whether it be product purchases, inquiries, email or any other customer data.

All contents of the website www.hifit.is, text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, articles, buttons and anything else found on the website are the property of Hi Fit ehf or the property of Hi Fit ehf suppliers. The items listed above are protected by copyright and law.

LAW

This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If the case is his fault, he will be referred to the Reykjavik District Court.
