Material: 85% stainless steel, 13% polypropylene, 2% silicone rubber
Usage: Add the desired amount of nutritional supplement, such as protein, creatine, or pre-workout powder, to the shaker. Then, add water, milk, juice, or fruit juice. Close the lid and shake thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved. The internal mesh ensures quick and efficient mixing, so within seconds, you can enjoy your favorite drink. The shaker is suitable for beverages with temperatures ranging from -20°C to 90°C.
After use, simply rinse the shaker with warm water and dry it thoroughly. It is not recommended to wash it in the dishwasher.
