Ingredients: Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Silymarin extract (silybum marianum seeds), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, dye: calcium carbonate), LactoSporeTM (Bacillus coagulans, maltodextrin), emulsifier: soya lecithin, anticaking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, Phosphatidylserine 50% (enriched soya lecithin), anticaking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; nicotinamide (vit.B3 Niacin), pyridoxine HCl (vit. B6).

Recommended dosage: Take 2 capsules daily with meal. Wash down with plenty of water.
