Excellent protein bar is a nutritious snack designed to support physically active individuals who train intensely, as well as those who participate in recreational sports. The bar can also supplement your regular diet with valuable nutrients when a meal isn't possible. 25% of Excelent's protein content is derived from soy protein isolate and whey protein concentrate. Protein is a building block for the body, so an additional serving of protein should meet the increased needs of athletes and physically active individuals.

The bar is also enriched with L-glutamine and branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), including L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine, in an optimal 2:1:1 ratio. L-glutamine promotes the development of muscle mass, strength, and endurance, as well as the rebuilding of glycogen stores, which is a reserve form of glucose—the primary energy source for working muscles. L-leucine can stimulate protein synthesis, thereby enhancing the formation of muscle tissue. L-isoleucine and L-valine can also contribute to the development of muscle mass and support the body's recovery after physical exercise.

Portioning recommended
Mix a portion of 20 g in 250 ml of water. Use in the morning on an empty stomach.
